Boeing Co’s Computer Services division has won a contract to provide network management software to NEC Corp, which has signed a non-exclusive agreement under which it will combine the software with its own NEAX 2400-IMS PABX under the name Vision Integrated Network Management System, for marketing by NEC America Inc to companies in the US and Australia.
