The St Paul, Minnesota-based Boeing Commercial Space Co unit of Boeing Co has formed DigitalXpress as a joint alliance with Ceridian Corp subsidiary Computing Devices International and Conus Communications Inc, to offer a range of satellite broadcast communication services to the remote corporate desktop. DigitalXpress plans to develop and market digital video, data, audio and multimedia information services for corporations that have multiple geographically dispersed offices.
