bluekiwi launches new social business software

Allows firms to integrate employees, partners, customers and web-influencers' interactions into their activities

By CBR Staff Writer

bluekiwi has launched a new social business software that lets companies embrace and integrate employees, partners, customers and web-influencers’ interactions into their activities.

According to the company, the new bluekiwi Summer ’10 release includes enhancements such as, a way to unite internal network with people in public networks like Twitter and Facebook; a real time dashboard to follow updates the moment they happen wherever they come from; and a role based interface that allows key pages to be customised with widgets to welcome and engage users.

The company said that users have to just plug a live stream from an external social media account, identify and select key conversations that need reactions, build and manage answers with the right people, and invite them to communities.

In addition, the new offering also allows users to manage conversations and filter the stream to focus on specific groups, communities or channels.

Carlos Diaz, CEO of bluekiwi, said: "Your internal and external network is your most valuable asset to increase your business. Using your network, your company can accelerate open collaboration and strengthen relationships with key-audiences. Social business is not only an alternative to the old way of doing things, it’s an entirely new approach of business.

"The social business is here to stay and now that the experimentation has already proven big gains, companies have outgrown their cobbled-together pilots and are looking for a single enterprise solution like they have in other application categories."
