According to the agreement, Rio National will access Bluebook’s B.E.S.T.Net and B.E.S.T.Central applications through the firm’s internet web portal and pilot the technology for a term of 90 days prior to negotiating a multi-year license agreement.

The software will be used to augment Rio National’s existing claims infrastructure with Bluebook’s products in a bid to accelerate its current infrastructure plans.

B.E.S.T.Net is a claims application that uses a rules engine to configure its client’s Best Practices and automate claims workflow. Bluebook said the combination of B.E.S.T.Net with the B.E.S.T.Central platform is designed to reduce the claims cycle time, costs of redundancy and manual processes by centralizing communication and managing workflow through the claims process.
