Under the terms of the two year agreement, Homesite will license Bluebook’s InsureBase application and proprietary data, which will be accessed through Bluebook’s web site, to assist with the analysis of its homeowners’ insurance policies.
InsureBase is built on the Microsoft .Net platform that the company says will readily integrate with Bluebook’s clients’ proprietary systems. It is an automated residential property information program aimed at helping insurers mitigate the risks associated with determining and maintaining accurate replacement cost values for residential properties.
