The BIS Group, now the London-based subsidiary of Nynex Corp of New York has acquired the market research company CAP International Inc, Marshfield, Massachusetts, for an undisclosed sum; CAP International is unconnected with Semacap Plc or Cap Gemini Sogeti SA and is named after the initials of its founder, one Charles A Pesko; the company will now become a part of the marketing information services division of the BIS Group.
