Birdstep Technology has announced the availability of its RDM server embedded database for the Green Hills INTEGRITY IEC 61508 SIL 3 certified operating system.
RDM Server is expected to streamline the development of safety critical industrial automation applications through standard APIs and achieve data redundancy through its replication engine.
The company claimed that its new RDM server embedded database can help solving the issues associated with integrating data management within industrial applications and reducing the costs that developers incur in analysing and testing.
