Binatone International Ltd has signed Telequest Inc to market its telephones and consumer electronics products in North America on an exclusive basis, and in return gets rights to warrants at 70 cents a share that could amount to 33% of Telequest’s equity; Binatone will also distribute Telequest’s products in some European countries.
