The BiiN Inc 50-50 joint venture between Intel Corp and Siemens AG is to enter the Japanese market with its parallel processing computer, initially aiming at the financial and factory automation markets with its multiple 80960-based BiiN System 20 and System 60 machines: once it has arrived, it hopes to win a joint venture agreement with a Japanese computer manufacturer or major user.
