BIDIING FOR DATASTEAM INTERNATIONAL HAS CLOSED

Bidding for Datastream International Ltd, London has closed, with Reuters Holdings Plc, Citicorp, Dow Jones & Co and Knight-Ridder Inc thought to be in there and pitching for the firm, put on the block with Interactive Data Corp by present parent Dun & Bradstreet Corp; a price of around $275m is expected.
