Bezeq Israel Telecommunications Ltd’s president Yitzhak Kaul is convinced the time is right for privatiZation and is to urge Israeli communications minister Shulamit Aloni to speed up the process. The government has yet to decide whether Cable & Wireless Plc can up its stake from 10% and whether to sell a stake to a strategic partner before the offering, which was scheduled for this quarter but was put on hold. The president was speaking in New York following a meeting with Wall Street analysts.
