Bertelsmann AG expects to start its AOL on-line service venture with America Online Inc and new investor Deutsche Telekom AG by the end of next week. The partners intend to unveil their plans and reveal full details of the service on Tuesday. In addition to Bertelsmann publications, the service will feature some of Germany’s biggest newspapers and should include electronic shopping services from Europe’s top mail-order house, Quelle Schickedanz AG.
