Marlborough, Massachusetts-based Lycos Inc signed a three-year licensing and distribution agreement with Bertelsmann AG. Under the agreement, Bertelsmann’s Telemedia GmbH division gains exclusive rights to distribute Lycos products and services through Telemedia’s Internet Technology Center. The agreement covers Germany, Austria, and German-speaking Switzerland.
