Bertelsmann AG says it is considering its future involvement in the Multimedia Betriebs GmbH pay television consortium after Deutsche Telekom AG, the group’s biggest shareholder, said it would be pulling out of the venture it originated in partnership with Canal Plus SA, German commercial television broadcaster RTL, public broadcasters ARD and ZDF, and Bertelsmann.
