BENNETT LEBOW TO BUY BELL & HOWELL’S MICROFILM BUSINESS

By CBR Staff Writer

Private investor Bennett LeBow, who last featured in these pages when he bought the Basic Four side of Management Assistance Inc back in the autumn of 1984 after Asher Edelman gained control of the company, has resurfaced as the buyer for Bell & Howell Co’s computer output microfilm business: the unit manufactures, markets and services computer output microfilm equipment; the sale is set for completion this month on undisclosed terms.
