BELLSOUTH TO FORM BELGIAN SUBSIDIARY

BellSouth Corp, Atlanta will form a new Belgian subsidiary to operate the country’s first wireless data communications network, La Libre Belgique reported: formation of the unit, Ram Mobile Data Belgium BV, will be revealed on May 11 it said.
