BELLSOUTH FINALIZES WIRELESS CABLE BUY

BellSouth Corp finalized its earlier agreement to buy Wireless Cable of Atlanta Inc and its licenses for cellular cable television in the city for shares worth $46.9m. The agreement seals a deal first announced on October 24 but the terms have been changed considerably.
