BellSouth Corp and Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd have formed a New Delhi-based software company TCIL BellSouth Ltd: TBL will develop software for worldwide telecommunications applications, initially in the areas of customer billing, directory enquiry and inventory control; the two companies each have 40% of the new software firm, with the remainder in the hands of Indian investors.
