Bell Atlantic International Inc, Arlington, Virginia is the latest of the Bells to sign a collaboration agreement with Telefonica de Espana SA: the agreement covers joint technical and marketing studies, staff exchanges, and joint exploration of opportunities for work and investment in third countries.
