BELL ATLANTIC TO SELL BELL ATLANTIC HEALTHCARE TO HCS

Bell Atlantic Corp reported on Friday that it has reached definitive agreement to sell its Bell Atlantic Healthcare Systems Inc to HCS Holdings Corp, a company formed by Information Partners Inc for the purpose: closing is expected in mid-May; terms were not disclosed.
