Bell Atlantic Corp reports that its test with Williams Cos Inc’s WilTel unit and Bell Communications Research of systems to help pave the way for an end-to-end US national Frame Relay service has been successfully completed: the trial focused on actual applications and the measurement of performance as customers would measure it; it plans to test the commercial network-to-network interface that StrataCom Inc will ship this month.
