Reston, Virginia-based Bell Atlantic Corp is now offering a Bell Atlantic.net Internet access service to consumers and businesses in the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas. The service, which features Netscape Communications Corp’s Navigator browser now and will add Microsoft Corp’s Internet Explorer later this year, has three pricing plans, with unlimited access available for $17.95 per month or a discounted annual access plan for $198. Hourly access is available for $4.95 per month for five hours and then $1.95 an hour thereafter.
