BELL ATLANTIC, INTERPUBLIC AND INTERACTIVE PARTNERS JOINT PROJECT

Bell Atlantic Corp and Interpublic Group of Cos Inc have joined forces with InterActive Partners to fund and build start-up companies in the interactive television and multimedia sector; other members of the group are venture capital firms Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield & Byers and Technology Partners; Interactive Partners is headed by Robert Fell, a entertainment communications investor and entrepreneur, and David Morse, who developed the core technology for the Amiga computer.
