Bell Atlantic Corp has completed the previously announced acquisition of Control Data Corp’s third-party maintenance business, on undisclosed terms: the new unit will be integrated into Bell Atlantic’s Sorbus computer services arm headquartered in Frazer, Pennsylvania.
