Bell Atlantic Corp and Intel Corp have joined forces to explore applications for personal computer in the fields of audio, data and video conferencing: the aim is to integrate standard personal computers and phones for real-time teleconferencing and Intel says that it plans later this year to introduce add-in boards and software designed to enable data conferencing to be done over standard telephone lines and video conferencing over Integrated Services Digital Networks.
