Bell Atlantic Corp and Ameritech Inc are getting into television in New Zealand: they have teamed up with cable television operators Tele-Communications Inc and Time Warner Inc to buy a 51% stake in state-controlled Sky Entertainment Television, which runs three UHF channels, for an estimated $50m.
