Bell Atlantic Corp, in a filing with regulators, again charged the US cable industry with trying to delay construction of competing cable systems by regional phone firms: Bell Atlantic opposed the industry’s recent request that the Federal Communications Commission reconsider its recent decision giving Bell Atlantic the go-ahead to build a video dial tone system.
