BEAR Data Solutions, a provider of information technology offerings and services, has acquired LiquidIT, a managed services provider to enterprises of all sizes.
The Nevada-based LiquidIT provides IT management services to organisations which have a critical dependence on technology to run their business.
LiquidIT uses Service Support Lifecycle methodology, which allows the company to proactively monitor and manage customer networks to prevent an IT outage.
Through this acquisition, BEAR Data Solutions will cater to the needs of its clients by growing its portfolio of IT services and will also increase its geographic reach.
BEAR Data Solutions CEO Don James said the demand for managed and cloud-based business services continues to grow rapidly among all types and sizes of businesses and agencies.
