Shelton, Connecticut based Data Switch Corp reports that on June 26, Beall Technologies Inc bought a block of 1.125m of its shares or about 9.4%; Beall’s president and controlling shareholder earlier said he was in talks for Data Switch to acquire Beall’s business.
