BEA Systems Inc has a new alliance and reseller agreement with financial systems middleware company Mint Communications Inc. BEA will resell Mint’s software, which provides integration services between financial applications, and the two will work together to build an adapter for BEA’s Tuxedo transaction processing monitor. Mint’s messaging transformation frameworks and message libraries should then be able to communicate with Tuxedo, providing financial protocol messaging transformation for financial customers. Mint a subsidiary of Israeli company Oshap Technologies Ltd, with offices in New York, connects the majority of industry clearing and settlement messaging systems, such as Swift, Crest, BACS and others.
