Be Here Corp, the developer of the Portal P1 panoramic still image camera lens system from San Jose, California has received $5m in a first round of venture capital funding, with Eastman Kodak Co as one of the chief investors. One year old Be Here’s technology is claimed to enable users to experience remote locations over the Internet or on CD-ROM.
