BBC SETTLES WITH AMSTRAD

The BBC has responded quickly to the libel suit brought against it by Amstrad Plc (CI No 653), retracting the statement in its Ariel staff magazine suggesting that the PC1512 was dangerous, and agreeing to pay all Amstrad’s legal costs.
