Santa Clara, California-based Bay Networks Inc is buying again. It said yesterday that it has definitive agreement to acquire Performance Technology Inc, San Antonio, Texas, for about $13m cash. Performance’s products are designed to provide small offices and small-to-medium-sized businesses with secure easy-to manage Internet access.
