Banyan Systems Inc, Westborough, Massachusetts has signed Hewlett-Packard Co, Palo Alto to provide a full range of support services to Banyan’s Enterprise Network Services and Vines products worldwide. Initially, Hewlett will provide phone-in software support, including problem verification, isolation and resolution, but installation, configuration and software update and upgrade support will follow. Support services are available now in the US, and will be available in Europe and Asia Pacific by the second half of this year.
