Dallas-based BancTec Inc is to acquire Terminal Data Corp, a Moorpark, California supplier of document imaging systems, page scanning devices, digital and microfilm cameras, and storage and retrieval systems to major computer companies and systems integrators, for $3.375 a share cash but the number of shares outstanding was not given.
