BANK OF SCOTLAND INVESTS IN AUSTRALIAN TRADING SOFTWARE FIRM

The Royal Bank of Scotland has bought an $8m stake in Australian registration and share trading software company Computershare Systems Pty Ltd. The Melbourne-based company provides 90% of the share registration market in Australia and New Zealand, according to the Financial Times.
