German outfit Wincor Nixdorf, a provider of IT solutions to retailers and retail banking, will supply the Chinese group with 415 ProCash 2050xe ATMs.
The monofunction machines enables customers to withdraw cash and make balance enquiries, while furthering Bank of China’s desire to expand its 24 hour service capabilities to a wider account holder base.
Meanwhile, the contract is a significant step forward in Wincor Nixdorf’s current core strategy to advance its business footprint in Asia.
