British joint venture enterprise Baltic Communications Ltd has installed international telephones accepting major credit cards in the international airport Pulkovo-2 and foreign currency hotels in St Petersburg: by year-end MasterCard and EuroCard will be usable as well as Visa, American Express and Diners Club which the phones already accept.
