Boston, Massachusetts-based Bachman Information Systems Inc wrapped up the acquisition of its UK marketing partner, Bachman Information Systems Ltd in an exchange of shares as part of its US initial public offering: the value of the acquisition was not made available but it must have appeared in the prospectus.
