Burlington, Massachusetts-based Bachman Information Systems Inc has now completed the acquisition of San Jose-based Cooperative Solutions Inc under the deal that sees no money changing hands. It still costs Bachman $2m to $2.5m, because that was the extent of Cooperative’s liabilities, which it is assuming: it expects to take a substantial part as a charge against this quarter.
