US Federal Judge Harold Greene has rejected a motion by the Baby Bells that they be permitted to enter the information publishing business immediately in the wake of his ruling in principle that he must allow the change to his anti-trust consent decree after an appeals court decision: he says they must wait until the appeals procedure is exhausted.
