Baan Co NV plans to integrate Planning Sciences International Plc’s Gentia analytical processing technology into its technology, extending what Baan calls its Dynamic Enterprise Modelling capabilities (CI No 2,961). Gentia comprises an analytical processing database, tools and development environment. It will be ready for the first quarter of next year.
