The Baan Co says that its chief financial officer, Jan Westerhoud, has decided to leave the company for personal reasons, and that his replacement, Klaas Wagenaar will hold the newly consolidated and poorly-titled position of senior vice president finance and administration and chief financial officer. The weighty new position will see Wagenaar responsible for all human resource, legal and finance operations. Westerhoud will remain with the company for six months to oversee the transition of his responsibilities.
