AWR software and Rohde & Schwarz test equipment will be combined to produce services, ranging from component characterization through sub-system and system verification.
Under the terms of this partnership, which will take effect from December 1, 2008, the companies provide customized platforms that combine Rohde & Schwarz test and measurement equipment with AWR’s high-frequency design software to produce simulation and measurement services.
Rohde & Schwarz Japan is expected offer AWR products bundled with its test and measurement equipment through its extensive sales and support organization in the country. AWR Japan will continue to be the primary direct sales channel in Japan for AWR’s microwave and RF design software, and will provide all post-sales customer support.
