Aviva plans to implement a content repository from iPipeline in the hope of enabling master general agents to offer their writing agents quicker access to competitive rates, product information and underwriting guidelines.
In addition, Aviva will utilize iPipeline’s forms engine to manage its forms changes.
iPipeline has enabled us to continue to improve support for our agents by creating an enhanced ‘ease of doing business,’ said Amy Wakeman, Aviva’s assistant vice president of agency marketing. Producers can now download a single PDF package containing all the state-specific forms they need to make a sale.
