AutoRevenue’s purchase of CM Consulting expands our company’s product line, giving AutoRevenue additional sales tools including a CRM software program designed specifically to help automobile dealers generate additional sales through customer relationships, John Miller, CEO of AutoRevenue, told the press.
Called AutoCRM, the new CRM software, broadens AutoRevenue’s array of permission based email message services while at the same time providing a simple-to-use and relatively inexpensive alternative to other automotive CRM software packages. Now a dealership will be able to send their customers personally typed emails that include each customer’s name, make and model car and other pertinent details.
With the addition of AutoCRM, we can offer dealerships products that start working from the minute a prospect walks in or calls the dealership to after-the-sale and service visit, Miller said. Previously AutoRevenue clients generated additional revenue with AutoRevenue’s Sold Customer and Service Customer email communication products. Now AutoCRM and AutoRevenue’s email communications programs give dealers the ultimate prospect and sales system designed to dramatically increase their sales.
By using AutoRevenue, dealers will know tomorrow why a prospect left today, and they no longer will have to pay a middleman to make a costly phone call or send a letter to find out that information, Miller concluded.
