AUTOPHON ACQUIRES 35% STAKES IN SAFNAT AND SISCAT

Swiss telecommunications equipment maker Autophon AG has acquired 35% stakes in two Italian telephone equipment makers, Safnat SpA and Siscat SpA on undisclosed terms.
