As predicted (CI No 3,164), intelligent agent software house Autonomy Systems Plc is working on its initial public offering, set to happen within the next nine months, according to the Financial Times. It’s seeking a valuation before the IPO of between $100 and $150m on the US markets, and is talking with US investment banks Cowen & Co, Lehman Bros and Goldman Sachs.
