Automatic Data Processing Inc, Roseland, New Jersey finally won the bidding for Troy, Michigan training, consulting and educational company Sandy Corp for about $30m in shares, the price it offered back in June. Sandy, doing some $50m a year, has derived much of its growth from automotive manufacturers and dealers.
