The one hardy survivor from the days of the once ubiquitous computer services bureau that did payroll for pretty much everyone, Roseland, New Jersey-based Automatic Data Processing Inc has acquired Staff Management Systems of Florida Inc, based in Tampa and described as an employee leasing company – presumably it hires temporary staff out to companies. No financial details of the company or acquisition were given.
